Effect Base is dedicated to performing manicures with effects such as Holo, Mermaid Effect, and many more effects that we apply on the scatter layer.
It makes it easier to apply our powder effects and makes them much longer-lasting.
How to use:
- Apply a thin layer of Effect Base on top of previously dried color and dry in a lamp.
- Apply the powder effect by dabbing on the entire nail and rubbing in circular motions.
- With a soft brush, remove the excess effect.
- Apply the top coat covering the free edge of the nail.
