Staleks Adhesive Abrasive TapeS are produced with a high grade of adhesive that is resistant to moisture and does not slip during operation. The file is disposable.

It is glued to a steel MBE20 file, and after use it is removed and disposed of. The metal backing must undergo a full sterilization cycle.
