The TOP effect. It brings the pearlescent golden/pink effect to the chosen color. It does not cover the color of the nail.
Applying on top of pastel/light colors creates a soft pearl effect. By applying on top of dark colors the effect will be more visible. Very easy to apply.
- Perform a manicure, apply 2 coats of chosen color and top coat.
- Apply the effect on top of the top coat without the scatter layer. Rub in circular motions.
- Use a soft brush to remove excess effect.
