HOW TO APPLY:
After manicuring and enamelling, wipe off the dispersion layer with the Wipe Off cleaner, gently remove the selected sticker with tweezers and place it on the pre-prepared surface. Press the sticker so that it adheres firmly and secure the decoration with Top Coat.
