The cat's eye effect is one of the most phenomenal forms of nail art. However, the secret to the three-dimensional luminous streak, resembling a cat's pupil, is only one unique nail polish: this one from the Silk Catitude collection!

Its formula is based on thousands of small metal filings, which, attracted by a dedicated magnet, create beautiful patterns.

1. Prepare Your Nails: Do it as you would with any other nail design. Remember to degrease and mattify the nail plate. Then apply the hybrid base and cure in the lamp.

2. Apply the base colour: Most nail polishes of this type are recommended to be applied on top of the colour for a better effect (usually black gel polish no. 605). Paint your nails with the color of your choice and cure in the lamp.

3. Add the Cat Eye Effect: Apply a layer of gel polish with the cat-eye effect. Apply the magnet immediately to get the desired pattern. Cure.

4. Secure with a Top Coat: Finally, apply a gel polish top coat to protect your look and make it shine.
